• These Terms & Conditions of Use ("Terms") apply to your (“Your”, “You”) use of the BoilerMag SureCheck^TM Web Application website https://surecheck.app/ (the "Web Application") which enables you to test whether molybdate inhibitor is present at the correct level within a boiler’s system water, and for other parameters that support boiler maintenance and ensure system reliability.
• The Web Application is operated by Eclipse Magnetics Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 531327, with a registered office at Atlas Way, Atlas North, Sheffield, S4 7QQ ("We", "Our", "Us").
• By using the Web Application, You confirm that You accept these Terms and that You agree to comply with them. If You do not agree to these Terms, You must not use the Web Application.
